 Email and Text Message

When you press the Submit button, your order is instantly sent via Email and Text to the respective sales representative. Your reps will receive a PDF containing the contents of your order.

Order Status

Once your representative opens your order, the app automatically changes your order status from pending to confirmed. You can check the status of your order in the View Orders section of your mobile app.

Reminder

After 24 hours, if your order status has not yet been confirmed, an automated reminder will be sent to your rep through Email and SMS.
