The web portal is where you can make changes to your inventory locations and account settings. You can also monitor and track the day to day operations of your business.
On the left side of your screen, you will see your navigation menu. At the top is your account information, including the name of your business, company logo, and your username. Below that is the list of features available in the web portal where you can view your order history and past inventory sheets.
When conducting inventory, you can have multiple employees working on the same inventory sheet at the same time as long as everyone is working from the same numbered sheet.
The portal also allows you to create and edit the list of storage locations where all of your products are located and make changes as needed. We have also included a link to our library of free resources and tutorial videos on this page to help guide you through the various aspects of the web portal.
Towards the top of the page you will find “FOH” and “BOH” button to switch your view from the front of house operations to the back of house operations.
If you would like to edit any of your account details or log out of the portal, please click on your name located on the upper right corner.
