Sales Representative

KÉXY (www.getkexy.com) was created by a group of hospitality workers who were tired of spending countless hours using old school methods to take inventory, place orders, as well as create employees’ schedules. Realizing that this process was extremely costly, time consuming, and could be handled much more efficiently, they were determined to create a solution. With a passion for the industry and a desire to help they went to work on solving these issues by making inventory, ordering, and scheduling convenient, fast and most importantly… just plain easy with the KÉXY App.

We are flipping the way bars and restaurants run their daily operations on its head and our “Time Ambassadors” (Account Executives) are at the center of that. Our ideal Time Ambassador is a self-starter, driven, and will meet with clients one-on- one in the field. While specified leads are available, you will ultimately be responsible for maintaining a network of business for yourself while sharing about the value of our services, providing technical guidance, and maintaining lasting relationships to help improve your clients’ business over time. Our Time Ambassadors should love helping others take their business to the next level!

The Day-to-Day

  • Proactively build a book of clients by seeking out and connecting with prospective customers via phone, email and social media
  • Set appointments and meet with clients at their bar/restaurant
  • Work in Zoho CRM to log all activity and keep track of leads and clients
  • Effectively follow-up with customer base and share new products as launched
  • Attend initial and on-going trainings provided by KÉXY to grow and develop product knowledge, sales abilities, and clientele building skills

Social Media Manager

With a passion for the industry and a desire to help they went to work on solving these issues by making inventory, ordering, and scheduling convenient, fast and most importantly… just plain easy with the KÉXY App.

We are flipping the way bars and restaurants run their daily operations on its head and our Social Media Manager is at the center of that. Our Social Media Manager is the key to giving our customers a glimpse into what KÉXY has to offer through apps such as Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter. They are the backbone of marketing, advertising, and social engagement. Their responsibilities include keeping clients up to date on all promotions, developments, and special features, as well as developing and distributing relevant content related to our app and interacting with our target audiences across all social media channels.

The Day-to-Day

  • Monitor and update relevant and original content to all accounts
  • Set clear objectives to keep content fresh
  • Follow hashtags
  • Stay up to date on appealing visual designs
  • Measure what works and doesn’t work in terms of social media marketing strategies

Data & Analytics Researcher

We are flipping the way bars and restaurants run their daily operations on its head and our Data & Analytics Researcher is at the center of that. At KEXY we value research to help us implement strategies to stay on budget and to find ways in which we can improve our services. Our data and analytics researcher must have a solid background in statistics as well as creating algorithmic equations. The data you analyze will be presented to us, so that we can make savvy business decisions like cutting our expenditures or enhancing our products.

Additionally, because you will be collecting data from hundreds of restaurants, attention to detail and critical thinking are essential as there will be an abundance of data to analyze.

The Day-to-Day

  • Conduct internal studies and analyze data
  • Strategically translate numbers in a manner that will help our company make better business decisions
  • Present ways to help KÉXY save money or ideas to implement into our services
  • Passionately run the KÉXY Artificial Intelligence program

You

  • Flexible you have a natural ability and patience to interact with non-technical individuals and can convey information in layman’s terms with clients and can comfortably handle all personality types
  • Proficient you are competent with all aspects of Artificial Intelligence (Machine
